About this Course
Today conversations are skewed by a barrage of questions with little space left to have something new emerge spontaneously in our speaking and listening.
We are called to find a way to listen with our entire being to what matters the most to those we serve.
Our aim is to meaningfully come to know those we serve so that we can support them to set the pace and direction of change.
For us to be present with others in such a way as to inspire them to want to be known, deeply and truly, we need to cultivate the capacity for being more conscious in our listening and speaking. This is how trust begins to grow in a meaningful way.
When people feel seen and heard by you and witness you working at learning how they communicate their needs and wants, it is then that people begin to “play big” in their lives, and take on changes they have never imagined were possible.
This retreat will create in you the desire to shift your imagination of what it takes to listen and speak in order to connect and make meaning with others. Join us for this transformative and relatable course coming up in one month’s time through LifePath training.

This gives the speaker a chance to further digest and make sense of the course, by exploring and working through whatever thoughts and questions have occurred to them, since the course.
